Summit
Summit
A Summit inspires and shares content about a critical global issue, during which attendees have a chance to expand their knowledge, build networks, explore innovative new solutions and enrich and scale existing ideas.
Design
Design
After the Summit, young leaders join a growing community of people around the world who are developing solutions. Starting by forming a Team of 5-10 people and meeting with a local YMCA and support coaches (virtually or in-person) the process continues with the design of new or the scaling up of existing solutions.
Pitching
Pitching
'Solution Teams' refine their pitch with support from global experts and partners to initiate and/or scale their solutions and ultimately submit a proposal for seed funding.
Implementation
Implementation
With support from a local YMCA, teams that have been awarded funding for their solutions start implementation to initiate or scale their actions.
